Timesheets24 offer an easy and accurate way to record employees’ hours. All employees need to do is clock in or out of work via a time tracker app on their phone, tablet or computer. Then, the app creates an automated timesheet with their total hours and breaks. These timesheets are verified with location stamps or photos to show they were in and out of the correct spot.
The easiest option is to record the accuracy of staff attendance by time tracking software. An employee just tries in to work via time tracker app on their phone and then uses a GPS location stamp to confirm their location and does the same when they finish their shift. Managers see when a worker arrived at work, when they’ve gone on break and when they clocked out for the day.

There are two options for manually submitting timesheets in Timesheet24. If an employee forgets clock in and/or out of work, their manager can input their Timesheet details for them. You could also allow your employees to manually input the start and end times, breaks details and so on. A manager will still have to approve the timesheet.
You can easily manage as many locations as you like using Timesheets24 tracking software. You can view all locations and easily filter between them, whether you need to schedule employees across different sites or to approve their timesheets. When it comes to recording accurate work hours across locations, staff on mobile or tablet can use the Timesheet24 tracking app depending on what works best for your business. Using our app on tablet if your employees clock into and leave work at one fixed location on the site. If you do want to set up a tablet at each of your sites, however, the staff can clock in from their own phone and use a GPS location stamp to show they were in the right place.

How long is the free founder’s trial?
Until we launch the system officially the system is free. With the founders trial you get the added benefit of 20% off if you continue with us after the trial.
How long is my data stored?
The data you input on the platform will be available for as long as you need it. There is no time limit on keeping your data.
Can I remove data?
Yes, you are always able to request removal of your data.
Can I move my data from the old system to the new system?
Yes, you can easily move it over. You will be provided with a spreadsheet, where you can format your data. Send the data over to us and we can input it into the software.
Is there an app?
Yes. We have an app that can be downloaded to all devices for all employees. Remote access allows you to make any changes you need to do even when you’re not in the office.
Are there setup fees, cancellation fees or any other hidden fees?
No, there are no fees beside the subscription rates.
What kinds of reports can i run using this system?
All reports are highly customizable and can be exported in several formats. You can do individual employee reports or reports for projects, dates etc. The reports can be printed out in an easy to understand format.
Will i get locked into a contract?
There is no contact other than our terms of use agreement. You are able to cancel at any time. If you pay annually rather than monthly, the services is yours until the end of the pre-paid term.
